One of my favorite classes this quarter has to be 20th Century Designers. My instructor is hilarious and makes learning about the 20th Century Designers so interesting.
Last week, we learned about the American women during the 1890 to 1940. Everything from the Heiress, the Gibson Girl, Bohemien, etc.
For homework, we had to write about how John Galliano (designer of the house of Christian Dior) was inspired by the American Women showcase at the Met exhibition for his recent Christian Dior Spring 2010 haute couture collection.
