FIDM: FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL,

School started on Thursday but I don't have any classes on Thursday so my first day was on Friday (7/9).

I had Color & Design Theory and Technology for Business Applications. Both classes are at least 3 hours long with a 10 minute break. Between both classes, I have a 45 minute break.

Vianca and I decided to eat Boudin's for lunch which I was amazed because I never knew there was a Boudin's in Downtown San Francisco! The only locations I knew was Stonestown and the Wharf.

On my Fridays, I have the same two classes with Vianca. During my Color & Design Theory class, I noticed that Dorothy and Staneisha were in my class as well. I met Dorothy during my school's job fair and Stanesha and I went to the same middle school. I absolutely love this school and networking/making friends is always fun! I've already met so many girls that I forgot some of their names and I hate that! I hate forgetting names but I remember faces.

My school is filled with girls, there are probably 1-2 guys in each class or even none. In my Technology for Business Applications class, there is no boys. I pretty much feel like I'm in a private Catholic school for girls except that our religion is Fashion, no pun intended. Oh and the few guys that are around our school.

Overall, my first day was fun but I still haven't seen how my three other classes are like. Tomorrow I have The Retail Environment and Retail Essentials. I'm hoping that my tote won't weight 25-30 pounds like it did on Friday.

Last Friday, I had to lunge my tote to work right after school. I am so glad that my work is literally a block away from school. My schedule on Friday was so crazy. I had school from 8:30A-2:45P and work from 3-11P. My best friend said I'm superwoman, teehee. That's my schedule for every Friday but I am so glad that I have Saturdays free, and I like it that way!

Saturdays free is the way to go! Don't make the mistake of taking Saturday classes like I did! LOL glad you're enjoying school.
