If you're not a Twitter addict like me, Twitter has its daily trending topics.. which are some of the popular subjects that are being tweeted by more than half the world. You can also see trending topics from your city if you prefer. A trending topic that caught my attention today was #thingswewantback which is what it sounds like. People are tweeting what they miss, and I can make a super long list of what I miss but I kept it broad by tweeting "#thingswewantback time." Am I wrong though?
The past may have held some good times, and some people are still stuck in those days which can be bad. For me, I don't regret anything I do. I do believe that the past has foreshadowed our futures and yes, there will always be better days. I think I lived my past quite positive and to my greatest ability, but I am not saying that my past was completely great. I looked passed that, because if I don't, I won't grow out of it. I do often have the "same shit, different day" mentality but who doesn't?
During one Sunday mass, a priest said that we all need to learn to let go.
