PUBLIC LIBRARIES,

Although I do not read as much as I should, I have always find the library exciting.

Back in elementary, I would spend my Saturdays after CCD (Catholic Christian Doctrine) class at my church, Corpus Christi, at the Excelsior public library.

When I entered middle school, I didn't read a lot. I did get to write and be a part of a book in the sixth grade but I'm unsure if I still have the book.

During high school, I did go to San Francisco's main library in downtown with my sister often, but once she moved out.. I stopped going. Around the same time, someone stole my wallet and I never went to get a new library card until this day.

Since my sister and I do not go to the same school as of now, I spend most of my Mondays and Wednesdays at the West Sacramento library. They're super strict when it comes to library cards because I tried signing up for own at the Sacramento downtown library but I couldn't because my identification card still had my San Francisco address.. same goes for the library in West Sacramento, you have to show proof that you live there which is whack.. so I pretty much use my sister's library card most of the time.

Most books I borrow are nonfiction.. and majority of them are fashion related as my major is in that field of study.

I say, take advantage of public libraries.
